This December we will be working closely with Windsor Foodshare to provide for people who would otherwise go hungry. They are doing amazing work, currently providing for around 45 families per week but we would love to see this number increase!

As a church, we would love to show people they're loved at Christmas with special Christmas hampers, but would also like to focus on 'non-Christmas' items to help with the general need and the usual shortfall the foodbank experiences in January.

If you would like to donate Christmas items please check the use-by dates to make sure the Christmas items are in date until Christmas! There are two ways to donate. You can bring the food to any of our Christmas Celebrations or take it directly to the food bank at Dedworth Green Baptist Church.

At the moment there is a particular need for specific items, and you can find that list below:

Regular items

This campaign is part of our Christmas series Someone Loves You. There are a number of initiatives we're supporting this Christmas, and there are opportunities to show people they're loved locally and globally. Find the details for all of them at our Christmas hub.

Although this is a Christmas campaign, there is an ongoing need for regular food income, as well as assistance distributing the food. As a church, we are keen to begin filling these needs. Please see the Food Bank website for more information on who they are, what they do, and how you can get involved.
